The detailed demonstrator was specifically designed to showcase innovative safety and automation technologies in an impressive and practical way during the exhibition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"886\">In the field of modern industrial automation, physical prototypes and functional models play an essential role. Complex technologies can be communicated far more effectively through real-world demonstrators, creating a significantly stronger visual impact for visitors, partners, and potential customers at international trade fairs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1067\">Our team at MTC Modellbau\u00ae developed the prototype with maximum precision and a strong focus on premium exhibition presentation, functionality, and high-quality surface finishing.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1072\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1tupb9g\" data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1120\">Experience Innovative Safety Solutions Live<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1392\">One of the main highlights of the presentation is the new RE 6900 wireless safety system from the SAFEMASTER W series. The innovative wireless enabling switch allows operators to work safely and reliably within hazardous machine areas while maintaining maximum mobility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1831\">Thanks to its ergonomic design and intuitive one-hand operation, the wireless enabling switch is ideal for maintenance and machine setup applications in industrial environments. The integrated safety logic ensures that machine movements are only enabled when the three-position enabling switch is actively held in its middle position. Releasing or fully pressing the switch immediately interrupts movement and triggers a safety shutdown.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"2024\">The prototype we developed supports live demonstrations of these advanced safety functions at SPS Italia, making the technology directly accessible and understandable for exhibition visitors.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2029\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"wkrcgx\" data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2075\">Intelligent Motor Starting and Protection<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2327\">Another key focus is the robust PF 9415 soft starter from the MINISTART family.
