For the international trade fair SPS Italia 2026 in Parma, we had the opportunity to produce a high-quality 5:1 scale prototype for a professional exhibition presentation. The detailed demonstrator was specifically designed to showcase innovative safety and automation technologies in an impressive and practical way during the exhibition.

Experience Innovative Safety Solutions Live
One of the main highlights of the presentation is the new RE 6900 wireless safety system from the SAFEMASTER W series. The innovative wireless enabling switch allows operators to work safely and reliably within hazardous machine areas while maintaining maximum mobility.
Thanks to its ergonomic design and intuitive one-hand operation, the wireless enabling switch is ideal for maintenance and machine setup applications in industrial environments. The integrated safety logic ensures that machine movements are only enabled when the three-position enabling switch is actively held in its middle position. Releasing or fully pressing the switch immediately interrupts movement and triggers a safety shutdown.
The prototype we developed supports live demonstrations of these advanced safety functions at SPS Italia, making the technology directly accessible and understandable for exhibition visitors.
Intelligent Motor Starting and Protection
Another key focus is the robust PF 9415 soft starter from the MINISTART family. Modern ventilation systems, pumps, and conveyor applications require intelligent solutions to reduce high starting currents and minimize mechanical stress during startup.
The prototype visualizes the advantages of intelligent motor control systems and helps present technical processes in a clear and understandable way at the exhibition stand.
