High-Temperature Furnace Models in 1:42 Scale – Successfully Delivered
Just a few days ago, we successfully delivered three individually manufactured high-temperature furnace models in 1:42 scale to our customer in Aachen (NRW). The company develops and builds high-temperature furnaces in various sizes — both for the ceramics industry and the dental sector — and intends to use these miniature models for future trade fairs and customer meetings.
The handcrafted models serve as high-quality visual tools to present complex technology in a simple and accessible way. Especially for products that require detailed explanations, such as industrial furnaces, precise miniatures offer significant added value.
Why Models in This Scale Are So Effective
The customer initially planned trade fair models in 1:50 scale, for example to place Lego figures next to them. For the final implementation, we jointly decided on 1:42, as this scale provides even better detail depth — without making transport more difficult.
The models were intentionally created without additional elements such as a base, plexiglass cover, or moving functions. The focus was on a clean, authentic representation of the shapes, proportions, and technical structures of the furnaces.

The client will already showcase the three models at a trade fair in March 2026. Thanks to the compact format and high-quality craftsmanship, the miniatures are ideal for:
- visualizing complex industrial processes
- giving potential new customers a quick and clear overview
- making products tangible and easy to understand
- enhancing conversations at the trade fair booth
Especially in sectors where the actual machines are large, heavy, and technically sophisticated, scaled models offer an enormous advantage.
