The exhibition model was designed and manufactured at a 1:15 scale, based on the technical drawings provided by our customer.
Our objective was to reproduce the complex industrial machinery in a compact presentation format while maintaining a high level of detail and accurately representing its essential technical features.

The Highlight: Innovative Integrated Transport and Display Solution
One of the most distinctive features of this project is its removable model base with an integrated storage solution inside the presentation stand.
The entire machinery model, including its base plate, can be conveniently lifted out by hand and securely stored inside the custom-designed stand.
For exhibition use, the model is simply removed from the storage compartment and positioned on top of the presentation stand.

To ensure safe international transportation to the United States, MTC Modellbau® also manufactured a custom-fitted OSB wooden shipping crate.
The robust packaging was specifically designed to accommodate the machinery model and protect its delicate components during air freight transportation.
Protective foam padding inside the crate helps minimize the risk of mechanical damage during handling and shipping.
