About Cube Central 378
The Cube Central 378 project, located in Düsseldorf-Flingern, represents a modern interpretation of urban living and working. Cube Real Estate GmbH has chosen a participatory approach by establishing a planning group, “Planwerkstatt 378”, with the residents. This collaboration led to a neighborhood that includes both apartments and furnished apartments as well as commercial spaces, studios, and public green spaces.
The neighborhood, which is being built on a usable area of about 13,000 m², is intended to create a versatile and vibrant city district, reinterpreting the concept of “home”. The project is characterized by its integration of the local community, leading to a harmonious and need-oriented development process.
