ACCUBLOC Model for Polybloc AG | MTC Modellbau®
For Polybloc AG from Switzerland, MTC Modellbau® is producing a high-quality ACCUBLOC presentation model based on a previously developed 3D visualization. The model combines precision industrial model making with dynamic LED technology, electronic control, and mechanical functions.
Detailed Storage Mass with Grooved Structure
A central element of the model is the characteristic ACCUBLOC storage mass. The individual layers are produced using 3D printing with a visible grooved structure and reproduced in high detail.
The finished model is presented on a high-quality MDF base.
Dynamic LED Lighting to Visualize Airflow
The airflow inside the ACCUBLOC is visualized using dynamic moving LED pixels. Programmable WS2812B NeoPixel LEDs make airflow direction and technical processes directly visible on the model.
This makes the presentation model ideal for trade fairs, showrooms, customer presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Integrated Mechanics and ESP32 Control
A concealed servo mechanism moves the corresponding ACCUBLOC components. The system is designed so that the motor and drive mechanism remain completely hidden from the viewer.
An integrated ESP32 microcontroller provides central control. Movement direction, speed, opening angle, and cycle times can be individually programmed.
The electronics operate at 5 volts, allowing flexible power supply options for international use.
