We are pleased to announce the successful handover of two high-end premium models of an industrial cutter to Kutter- und Gerätebau Wetter GmbH. The focus of this project was the precise scale reproduction of the cutter machine—a core product used for fine cutting and mixing in food processing—executed to the highest standards of accuracy and finish.
🛠️ About the Product – What Is an Industrial Cutter?
An industrial cutter is a specialized machine primarily used in the food and meat processing industry. It finely chops and emulsifies ingredients to achieve uniform textures, for example in sausage and processed food production. The machines from Kutter- und Gerätebau Wetter GmbH are known for their robust stainless-steel construction, hygienic design, and reliable performance for both craft and industrial applications.
🎨 Our Model-Making Project
For this commission, we produced two identical premium cutter models, with a strong emphasis on detail fidelity, material quality, and presentation value:
Exceptionally detailed execution of all visible components—from handles and bowl geometry to knives and structural elements
Two matching replicas, ideal for trade fairs, sales meetings, and corporate presentations
Custom-made transparent acrylic (plexiglass) covers for protection and clear visibility
Individually designed flight cases ensuring safe transport, storage, and repeated use
